Thank you for participating in our 22nd annual Inavale Farm Horse Trials. The course maps are posted for last year – we will update the maps when they are ready for 2019. There were a few changes, specifically in the upper levels we reversed the courses on the back hill coming down toward the bridge. Other levels had minor changes in the tracks.
Over this last winter we have recently purchased equipment to make our own hay, which has given us the ability to prepare the cross country and competition areas further in advance than we have in the last several years. We have already cleared off the Show Jumping and Dressage areas and have a little left in the competition areas to clear the bulk of the grass. We anticipate our war on the rodents is making forward progress to dramatically improve our footing in all phases. We have already started spring aerovating of the footing and this will continue as well.
We had a new food concessions provider last year and enjoyed working with them. They are currently planning to be around thursday afternoon through Sunday afternoon and have a broad selection of food and beverages.
Gallops Saddlery will be here with their event sales tent stocked with everything you need including great deals on show sponsor Kerrits and Toklat Originals as well as many others. Steve Storm photography will be shooting still photography and Ride On Video is planning to shoot video images of the show. Stubben Northwest will be at the trade fair as well as LMF Feeds and many more.
Thank you to Ann Secoy with Delta – S for providing bucket straps to hang water/feed buckets in the temporary stalls for 2018. Please use these to hang your buckets from the bars in the front of the stall instead of cutting the tarps to get your baling string around the stall. Ann is also planning to bring her mobile blade sharpening service for your clipper blades. Look for her tent in the vendor fair.
If you have the time to spare and help volunteer it is always greatly appreciated. Contact Emily (firstname.lastname@example.org) to get on the volunteer schedule in advance. Please share your appreciation for our volunteers.
