Training 3-Day information
For concessions this year please welcome back Russ and Rebecca with Murphy's Restaurant in south Corvallis. Their goal is to provide the best food you can find at any event here in the Pacific Northwest. Look for their incredible Breakfast Burito, Biscuits and Gravy and assorted pastries served between 7 and 10:30. Lunch starts at 11:00 with Pulled Pork or Teriyaki Sandwiches, Grilled Baby Back Ribs as well as many other fresh menu options. Surf's Up Espresso will be there to supply everyone with beverages from morning coffee and espresso to afternoon smoothies.
Lodging: We are happy to announce a continued partnership with Salbasgeon Suites located at 1730 NW 9th St Corvallis. They have reserved a block of rooms at a discounted rate. Reservations need to be made by June 1st. The phone number to contact them is 1-800-965-8808 ask for the Group Reservation Code "Horse4". This includes a hot breakfast served between 6:00 and 9:00 AM. Don't forget your suits they have the largest indoor pool among the local hotels. Here is a complete list of local accomodations
Golf cart rental- You may rent a golf cart from Foursome Golf Cars; please contact them directly to arrange contract. (503) 981-4606 (ask for Sue).
Arrival: Competitors may arrive after wednesday at noon. There will be a stabling chart posted on the web and along the drive way as you enter the farm. Initial bedding is one bale of straw. Shavings will be available for purchase from secretary.

Schedule of activities: Friday - Dressage (6 rings) 8:00 AM. Cross Country Novice and Beginner Novice 10:00 AM. Saturday 8:00 AM - Training, Preliminary and Intermediate Cross Country. Saturday afternoon (check scoreboard for time) Beginner Novice show jumping. Competitors Dinner Pary starts at 6:30 PM. Sunday 8:00 AM show jumping in two arenas, N,T,P,I. Awards presented after completion of each division in the show jumping.
Dinner Party: Saturday evening is our catered dinner, tickets must be purchased in advance from the show secretary (please send with entry). No host bar serving Beer and wine, live origianal blues music provided by local artists Dave Plaehn & Jeff Hino. Saturday Competitors Dinner, tickets $15. Along with new concessions our competitors dinner will be outstanding this year. BBQ pit-master Russ will be serving up a delicious Bar-B-Que, details coming soon.
Refunds: Contact Secretary: Before June 9-In full Less $25 non-refundable office fee; After C.D.-refund
policy with vet certificate: June 10-15 $100 refund plus USEA and drug fees,
June 16-22-, $50 refund plus USEA and drug fees. After June 22- refund of USEA
and drug fees only. Full refund of stabling fee at any time IF stall can be
filled from secretary´s wait list, otherwise no stabling refund after C.D.
