Arrival: Competitors may arrive after wednesday at noon. There will be a stabling chart posted on the web and along the drive way as you enter the farm. Initial bedding is one bale of straw.

Schedule of activities: Friday - Dressage (5 rings) 8:00 AM. Saturday 8:00 AM - Training then Intermediate and Preliminary Cross Country, Novice and Beginner Novice Show Jumping in the Toklat Arean. Competitors Dinner Pary starts at 6:30 PM with Live Music from Wild Hog in the Woods.. Sunday 8:00 AM Training Show Jumping in the Toklat Arena, and Intermediate and Preliminary Show Jumping in the Kerrits arena, Novice and Beginner Novice Cross Country. Awards presented after completion of each division in the show jumping or 30 minutes after completion of the cross country.
Dinner Party: Saturday evening is our catered dinner, tickets must be purchased in advance from the show secretary (please send with entry). Dinner menu will be posted as soon as possible. New for this year: No host bar serving Beer and wine. Wild Hog in the Woods will be providing live music around the new picnic tables.
Refunds: Contact Secretary: Before June 10-In full Less $25 non-refundable office fee; After C.D.-refund policy with vet certificate: June 11-16 $100 refund plus USEA and drug fees, June 17-23-, $50 refund plus USEA and drug fees. After June 23- refund of USEA and drug fees only. Full refund of stabling fee at any time IF stall can be filled from secretary´s wait list, otherwise no stabling refund after C.D.

Matrix Video Production will be providing video services at this year's horse trials and is looking for crew members.
